Snow Shoeing - It is amazing just how far you can get from civilization in a matter of minutes on snowshoes. Enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors all by yourself. Many of the summer hiking trails or the bike paths are good routes for snowshoeing. Try it, you'll like it.

Adventure Ridge
 

  • Vail Mountain - This is an eating and entertainment facility at the top of the Vail Mountain. Great for all ages, but kids from 10-20 especially love it. A great way for teens to meet other teens. You can eat pizza, ice skate, snowboard, play hockey, slide down the hill on innertubes or play video games. Tell the kids to take the gondola to the top of the mountain and check it out; you and your sweety go to Vendetta's for some pasta and a bottle of wine.

Ski Cross Country From Hut To Hut!

  • 10th Mountain Division offers hut trips into the wilderness for a memorable overnight experience.
