Our community has year round access and is conveniently located approximately 15 miles west of Vail.  DSL internet access is available.  Also we are only a short ride from both the world famous Beaver Creek Resort and the Eagle/Vail airport.

In addition to enjoying the wilderness, world class skiing is available in nearby Beaver Creek and Vail Resorts. Also golfers will find our community especially attractive with approximately 18 nearby golf courses.  In addition we are located only 4 miles from Red Sky Ranch with its two championship-quality courses, one each by Tom Fazio and Greg Norman.

Summer high temperatures average in the 70°s, making our area an ideal escape from the heat of many other southwestern communities.
